About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Advertising Director to lead our B2B SaaS marketing strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for creating high-performing campaigns, building brand awareness, driving lead generation, optimizing conversion funnels, and scaling our marketing efforts to fuel predictable revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic, and creative marketing leader with deep SaaS experience.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B SaaS products.

Lead all demand generation campaigns: inbound, outbound, ABM, email, social media, content, PPC, and paid advertising.

Manage marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Build and optimize lead funnels, conversion paths, and nurturing workflows.

Develop brand strategy to increase visibility, positioning, and credibility in target markets.

Oversee marketing operations: CRM, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), analytics dashboards, and reporting.

Manage external agencies, partners, and freelancers when needed.

Implement analytics to track performance, ROI, and attribution across channels.

Launch new product campaigns, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Stay ahead of SaaS marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape.

Mentor, coach, and develop the marketing team, including specialists in content, digital, and performance marketing.
