About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Advertising Director to lead our B2B SaaS marketing strategy and execution.
You will be responsible for creating high-performing campaigns, building brand awareness, driving lead generation, optimizing conversion funnels, and scaling our marketing efforts to fuel predictable revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a data-driven, strategic, and creative marketing leader with deep SaaS experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for B2B SaaS products.

  • Lead all demand generation campaigns: inbound, outbound, ABM, email, social media, content, PPC, and paid advertising.

  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue targets and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

  • Build and optimize lead funnels, conversion paths, and nurturing workflows.

  • Develop brand strategy to increase visibility, positioning, and credibility in target markets.

  • Oversee marketing operations: CRM, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), analytics dashboards, and reporting.

  • Manage external agencies, partners, and freelancers when needed.

  • Implement analytics to track performance, ROI, and attribution across channels.

  • Launch new product campaigns, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Stay ahead of SaaS marketing trends, tools, and competitive landscape.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop the marketing team, including specialists in content, digital, and performance marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing and advertising.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: PPC, LinkedIn, Google Ads, content, SEO, email, ABM.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Ability to design, execute, and measure high-converting campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills: metrics, dashboards, funnel optimization, A/B testing, ROI measurement.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling expertise.

  • Strategic planning combined with hands-on execution ability.

  • Budget management and cost optimization expertise.


📌 Experience Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing or digital marketing leadership.

  • Proven track record of building predictable demand pipelines and marketing ROI.

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns and lead generation programs.

  • Experience with ABM, inbound marketing, and enterprise-level campaigns.

  • Track record of scaling a marketing team in high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive pipeline.

  • Experience in AI, IoT, smart systems, automation, or tech SaaS industries.

  • Experience launching new products or entering new markets.

  • Experience with paid media, programmatic advertising, and LinkedIn Ads at scale.

  • Experience with content marketing for enterprise audiences.
