About the Role
We are seeking a motivated B2B Appointment Setter to generate high-quality meetings with decision-makers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise companies.
Your mission is simple: create conversations that convert into sales opportunities.
You’ll engage cold leads, nurture warm prospects, qualify buyers, and book meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social prospecting daily.

Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

Schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for the sales team.

Maintain and organize leads within the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).

Perform follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest in prior outreach.

Research companies, buyers, and industries to tailor outreach messaging.

Use scripts, value propositions, and objection-handling frameworks effectively.

Hit weekly and monthly KPIs: calls, emails, meetings booked, show-up rate.

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns.

Track all communication and lead interactions in the CRM with accuracy.

Comfort qualifying prospects using frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN).

📌 Experience Requirements

0–3+ years of experience in B2B appointment setting, SDR, telemarketing, or sales support.

Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).

Experience doing cold outreach for SaaS, tech, AI, digital services, or B2B products is a plus.

Experience keeping detailed notes and managing pipeline stages.

Familiarity with multichannel outbound strategies (call + email + LinkedIn).
